WHERE DO YOU CUT THE EXTRA RUBBER AT THE BOTTOM OF THE WINDOWS 2000 JEEP WRANGLER

I spoke with my contact at Rampage about the Rampage Replacement Soft Upper Doors # RA89835. He said that the rubber at the bottom of the windows should not be cut off.
The rubber sits between the door and door frame to create a seal to keep out the wind while you are driving.
