When the SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs Kit, part # SSR-209-40 is installed on your 2007 Silverado, it does not provide any lift for your truck.
There should be a small gap between 1/2 and 1-1/2 inches from the bottom of the SumoSpring to the axle. When a load is placed in the back of your truck it will make the bed lower and the springs will provide extra support and help make the ride smoother.
