Curt trailer hitch # C15316 is a custom fit hitch designed to 1999 - 2003 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty Pickups with factory Deep Drop Bumpers, sometimes called a cowboy bumper. The hitch mounting holes are spaced approximately 34-1/2 inches apart on center. It doesn't fit a minimum or maximum frame width being a custom hitch and all.

From the mounting surface (bottom of truck frame) down to the top of the receiver is 9 inches.

I went out to the warehouse and pulled the B&W Heavy-Duty Trailer Hitch #BWHDRH25230 and measured the distance from the rear mounting hole to the end of the receiver and found it is 26 inches. Check out the image I made of this measurement.
