Is The Trimmed Portion of the Fascia Visible When Installing a Trailer Hitch on a 2010 G37xS Sedan
Question:
I am leasing, and the installation instructions indicate cutting the facia. Is this cut visible from the rear. Is there an alternative where no cutting is involved. My only use is for a bike rack, will never be towing anything

The part of the fascia that needs to be trimmed will be on the under side of the fascia on the 2010 G37 Sedan. To see the area that will be trimmed you would need to look up from underneath of the vehicle.
All of the hitches available for the G37 require trimming a rectangle in the center of the lower bumper fascia. At this time I do not have a better option for carrying bikes on your vehicle.
