Trailer Hitch Recommendation For 2015 Hyundai Genesis Sedan With All Wheel Drive
Question:
Looking for a hitch that fits the 2015 or newer Hyundai Genesis 3.7 WITH AWD. Your search results only have EXCLUDING AWD. Buried within the comments is a recommendation, but the included instructions refer to a 2012 model and design doesnt appear similar enough to versions recommend for the EXCLUDING AWDinch search results to give me confidence in the advice. Is there a compatible hitch for my situation? Is there 2015 model year instructions that accompany the hitch? Thank you!

I called my contact at Curt and they told me the Curt Trailer Hitch, part # C12086 has now been confirmed as a fit for your Genesis with AWD.
If you plan on doing some light towing I recommend a ball mount like part # C45521. For a hitch ball I recommend part # A-82 for a 2 inch hitch ball and part # A-80 for a 1-7/8 inch hitch ball.
If you need a trailer wiring harness I recommend part # HM11143824. You just plug this harness into the plugs located at the back of the tail lights in the rear cargo area of your Genesis. You then run the power wire to the positive post on your battery.
