Hitch and Wiring Recommendation for 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander
Question:
Hello, I have a quick question. I need a hitch for my 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander SE. I see that the Curt one is has a shipping weight is 50.2 lbs. 1 How much does this actually weigh? 2 I assume I will be able to get the spare tire out from underneath still? 3 What is the recommended wiring set up for my vehicle? Thank you!

Expert Reply:
The shipping weight of the Curt hitch is 43 pounds. The actual hitch will weigh a few pounds less.
For wiring I recommend the # 118482 because, over time this harness has proven to be more durable and reliable than the others offered.
