Recommended Pin And Clip To Replace Lost Pin On Curt Folding Cargo Carrier For 2 Inch Receivers

Hello, im asking if you can help me. My grandfather bougth one Curt Hitch Monted Folding Cargo Carrier , some day he took out the part you in the suv hole and try to regulate the length. Well, he don´t remember how or when he lost that part. So he can´t use his folding rack anymore. Can i purchase only the missing part ? that´s possible ? Please let me know, he don`t want to expend again in a new one, the one he have is brand new, except for the missing part. Hope you can help us Regards,

It sounds like the pin that allows the cargo carrier to be tilted up or down is what you are missing.
I have attached a photo of the pin on a cargo carrier. If that is the pin and clip that is missing I recommend using part # C21510 as a replacement. This pin is designed for 2 inch and 2-1/2 inch trailer hitches and my contact at Curt said the pin would work well for you.
