Tow Bar Wiring Recommendation for a 2002 Chevy Tracker

Question:

I want to pull my 2002 chevy tracker behind new box trucks I will be delivering. I am told there are many different connectors on these trucks and I can buy a magic box that will let me run wiring back to my tracker from the cab of the new truck. On my tracker, can I install a tow wiring package and plug this into the wiring coming from the truck? wiring tracker as if it were the pulling vehicle I can make adaptors and such, but did not know if this would allow the trackers brake, turn, and rear lights to light up upon signal from the new truck. I wish I knew more about the mystical box, but they delivery company says it keeps drivers from carrying dozens of adapters. thanks for any help.

What you need for your 2002 Chevy Tracker is tow bar wiring to allow a tow vehicle to control it's taillights as it is being towed. For that you would want the Roadmaster diode kit part # 154-792-118158 that has been confirmed as a fit for your Tracker. I attached an install video for you to check out as well.
