Thule AeroBlade Edge roof rack # TH7601-TH7602 does fit your 2016 Mercedes GLA. You will also need fit kit # THKIT4049 to install the roof rack to the flush side rails on the vehicle roof.

To carry a bike with a through axle I recommend the Yakima HighSpeed bike carrier # Y02115. It works with 12-mm to 20-mm thru-axles or 9-mm quick-release skewers. And it will fit in the AeroBlade crossbar channels for a clean install. I have linked a video review for you.
