How do you remove reflector and housing?

I spoke to my contact at Thule and she informed me that the reflector and the housing of the Thule EasyFold 2 Bike Rack # TH903202 that you referenced could be pried off with something thin like a butter knife.
She went out into their showroom with me on the phone and walked me through it as she was doing it.
