Suspension Enhancement Recommendation For 16,000 Pound Trailer

Question:

Im looking to make our trailer ride smoother. We have Mor ride suspension without any shocks. I have Timbrem rubber springs on the truck. I would like to get some information on a bolt on rubber springs to help the ride on our Trailer. The trailer is 38inch feet long and weight is about 16,000 loaded. If you could give information it would be a big help. Thank You for any help.

The best solution for the type of spring you want on your size trailer is the Timbren Trailer Suspension Enhancement System Heavy-Duty Trailers # TTRA5602. These springs will work the same way as the Timbren springs on your truck, absorbing road shocks and helping provide load support. Timbren springs help reduce body roll and trailer sway caused by unbalanced loads. The load capacity of these springs is 16,000 pounds.

This system will require welding to be installed on your trailer. The frame bracket assembly will need to be welded to the frame and the lower bracket will need to be welded together and then to the U-bolt pad. I have attached installation instructions for the Timbren springs.
