Brake Controller Recommendation for a 2012 Ford F-150
Question:
i tried 2 f-150 2014 trucks on my RV with electric brakes works sometimes with the foot brake or control box and dont work most of the time i checked all wires on rv trailer and the grounds they tell me it is a problem with the integrated controller i tried a chevy 2500 truck to the same camper and it works find help please camper is 2 years old

The best solution I can provide for you would be to replace the integrated controller of your 2014 Ford F-150 with a more reliable aftermarket controller like the P2 # 90885. You will be required to take your truck to a Ford dealer once you complete the replacement of the controller so that you can have the codes on the dash turned off. See attached article.
To install the controller you will also need the install adapter part # 22292.
