Reese Universal and Custom 5th Wheel Brackets and Hardware for a 2001 Ford F-250
Question:
Hi all, I need the mounting parts for underneath the bed of my 2001 Ford F250 Super Duty Truck. The Brackets on the truck it came off of were welded to the frame. I am seeing some universal stuff for Reese but I think there should be more things than the 4 frame brackets. Shouldnt there? Thanks for your help

If you already have the Reese rails and they have mounting holes on the outer flanges on each end, like rails # RP58058, then all you will need is bracket kit # RP30439, if you want the universal mounting brackets, or # RP50082 for custom brackets that fit your 2001 Ford F-250. If you go with the custom brackets you will also need hardware kit # RP58430 because the hardware used for a 5th wheel installation kit is designed for one time use only.
If the rails you have just have holes on the tops of each end then you will need kit # RP30125 for universal brackets. Or you can use the same custom brackets listed above, # RP50082, and you will also need hardware kit # 50082F.
I have included a couple of video links that should help with the installation.
If you do not have any rails you can use either Universal kit # RP30035 or custom kit # RP50082-58.
