Availability of a Complete Towing Package for a 1994 Ford Taurus Wagon
Question:
do you have a package deal that contains the hitch, reciever and ball and wiring harness

Expert Reply:
We do have a hitch package, item # C12232, for the Taurus Wagon. Along with the package you will need to select the recommended ball mount, part # 36063, and a properly sized hitch ball and the wiring for your trailer and vehicle.
The drawbar accepts a 3/4 inch diameter shank hitch ball so either the Hitch Ball with 2 inch Diameter and Short Shank, 3,500 lbs GTW - Chrome, item # 19258, or the Hitch Ball with 1-7/8 inch Diameter and Medium Shank, 2,000 lbs GTW - Chrome, item # 19257, would be a good choice for your setup. Check the coupler size on the trailer you wish to tow.
Wiring for your vehicle would be the 4-Pole Hardwire Kit Including Circuit Tester, item # 18252.
You may also want to consider a Mounting Bracket 4-Pole Flat, item # 18144, and a No-Drill Mount Bracket, item # C57202 long or # 18140 short.
