The part # RP30035 that you referenced is a universal install rail kit that has been confirmed as a fit for both your 2008 Dodge Ram 3500 and your 2015 Chevy Silverado 3500. If that is what you have then they will transfer and fit. You will need a new hardware kit though for the rails as the hardware that attaches the brackets to the rails is considered one time use. For that you would need # RP58430.
A better option would be a custom install bracket kit that has been confirmed as a fit for the Chevy like part # RP50066 with the # RP58430 as custom brackets will install much easier than universal kits. You would be able to reuse your current rails.
