Fifth Wheel Rail Kit Recommendation for a 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500
Question:
I have a 2015 Chevy 1500 6.5 bed 8cyl. I also have the r16 fitfh wheel hitch with a slider so all I need is the Rail and brackets wonder what is better custom or universal and why, some say only price and other say that custom can be done yourself

I strongly recommend custom fit fifth wheel rails over universal rails as the custom rails are much easier to install will minimize drilling. They also will install in about half the time as a universal kit.
For your 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 short bed you would want the rail kit part # RP50064-58 as they are confirmed as a fit for your truck.
