The Roadmaster # 1444-3 MX Baseplate Kit you referenced is specifically designed for use with a Rubicon Hard Rock model. It will fit your Wrangler Unlimited as long as it has the stock front bumper without a winch or a brush guard. You'll also need safety cables like # RM-643 and a Tow Bar like the Roadmaster Falcon 2, part # RM-520. The Falcon 2 is easy to use, featuring auto centering and locking arms so the vehicle doesn't need to be perfectly lined up with the tow vehicle in order to hitch up. If the hitch height on your RV and the base plate height on your Jeep isn't within 3 inches of each other, you'll need a high-low adapter (see link).
You'll also need a wiring solution so that the taillights on the Jeep operate in tandem with those on the RV. A magnetic mount lamp kit like part # RM-2120 is easy to install, and super easy to use, but some folks don't appreciate the wires being exposed. A plug and play wiring kit like the Hopkins # HM56200 would offer a fairly easy to install permanent solution. An umbilical like part # HM47065 would be a good choice assuming your RV has a 7-way and the wiring solution you choose uses a 4-pole connector.
Finally, most States and Canadian Provinces require flat towed vehicles use a supplemental braking system. The Stay-IN-Play DUO # SM99251 works great in your Jeep. I've linked an install video for you. One of the best things about it is you don't need to remove it when you want to drive the Jeep.
I've linked you to some FAQ articles about flat towing and install videos that you might find helpful.
