The Superchips Flashpaq tuner # SU1845 will fit your 2003 Ford Ranger with 3.0 liter motor. Superchips estimates power gains up to 16 horsepower and 17 feet pounds of torque. This tuner does have a mode called Mileage XS SAVE to help the truck achieve better gas mileage. The tuner is also compatible with aftermarket cold air intake and can be calibrated to account for the different tire size.
