Recommended 4-Bike Hitch-Mount Rack for Use on 2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude
Question:
I have been shopping for a 4 bike hitch rack but have noticed quite a few reviews saying that some of the racks do not fit womens bikes. Unfortunately we only have womens bikes, can you recommend a hitch bike rack for us? We need a rack for 4, and I have a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. Thank you!!!

Bikes that do not have a horizontal top frame tube - as is the case for many women's and some kid's bikes - can require an adapter bar like the Yakima Tube Top # Y02531 (or one of the many similar items shown on the linked page) when used on a hanging style carrier like the Yakima KingPin # Y02441. Adapter bars provide a substitute for that horizontal frame tube and allow these bikes to be level on the carrier which is important for safe ground clearance.
Another way to solve that issue is to use a platform style rack that supports the bikes at their wheels. The Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Platform Rack # HR1400Z for 2-inch hitches is such a 4-bike carrier. This rack includes locks for both the rack itself and for your loaded bikes. The padded hooks that hold the bikes are adjustable for a good fit.
You can use the linked page to see all 4-bike platform racks and the linked articles will help you select the best rack for you.
