Adapter Recommendation to Allow a Thule Echelon to Install on Factory 2008 Honda CR-V Bars

I have a 2008 Honda CRV with factory cross bars and I was gifted two Thule Echelon bike carriers. Is there an adaptor available that will allow me to mount the carriers onto my rack?
