Length of Horizontal Part of Guide-On Bracket for CE Smith Bunk Style Guide-Ons
Question:
Assuming a 2inch wide trailer frame and also assuming that the tubing is adjusted so that the horizontal distance of the tubing on the outside of the trailer frame is minimum, what would be the length of the tubing on the inside of the trailer frame? Also, what is the total length of the horizontal tubing? see attached pic I am concerned that when set to minimum horizontal distance, that my trailers bunk will be in the way of the inside section of tubing. Thank you!

I went out to the warehouse to measure the horizontal part of CE Smith Bunk-Style Guide-Ons # CE27660. The length is 12 inches so if 2 inches of frame are covering up part of that then that leaves 10 inches that will stick in towards the center of the trailer.
