To install a bike rack on your 2014 Toyota Sienna, you'd first need to install a trailer hitch, if you don't have one already. The Curt Class III trailer hitch, part # C13105 would be an excellent choice. The Class III hitch uses the more common 2 inch receiver opening, which would give you a better selection of hitch mounted accessories like a bike rack like the Thule Hitching Post Pro # TH934XTR or a cargo carrier like the Curt # C18151.
For carrying 4 bikes, you cannot go wrong with the Thule Hitching Post Pro. This rack provides all the essential features like sturdy rubber straps that secure the bikes to the rack and anti rattle cradles that prevent the bikes from swaying back and forth. The rack can tilt down away from the rear of the vehicle once the bikes are removed, allowing you access to the cargo area of the vehicle. Thule quality at a reasonable price. As the reviews show, the Hitching Post Pro is very highly rated by our customers.
If you'll be transporting women's bikes or bikes with sharply-angled top tubes, you might also consider a frame adapter bar like part # 64005. The bar spans the distance between the handlebar gooseneck and the seat post, which provides a secondary attachment point for the bike rack. This allows the bike to be carried level, which maximizes ground clearance. I'll link you to a video showing how the adapter bar works.
I've linked you to product demonstration videos for the products I've recommended.
