Troubleshooting Trailer Blinkers that Flash Together and No Brake Lights

WHEN I HAD BLAZER C6424 7 SUBMERSIBLE LIGHTS BUT LEST SIDE LIGHT WIRING BROKE OUT OF HOUSING AND INSTATED 8 FUNCTION BW ONLY BLAZER LIGHT NOW ONLY TURN SIGNAL WORK BUT FLASH BOTH AT SAME TIME

If I am understanding you correctly it sounds like you had a trailer light assembly break and after that the brake lights stopped functioning and the blinkers now both flash at the same time.
Most likely what happened is that when the assembly broke it tore some wiring and now you have shorts between some circuits. If you check the wiring of the assemblies and clean up any shorts this should fix the problem.
