How Much Fascia Trimming is Required to Install a Trailer Hitch on a 2015 Audi Q7

Question:

any idea how much trimming of the Fascia is needed for this installation. I just need this for a bike rack. This is a leased vehicle so I dont want to get slammed when I turn the vehicle in.

Since your 2015 Audi Q7 is leased the amount of trimming is not relevant because even a tiny bit will void the contract and end up costing you the price of a new rear fascia panel! There is a panel in the center of the rear bumper fascia that will need a little trimming (it varies from vehicle to vehicle) and the only way to know how much for sure to trim is to have the hitch installed. The best way to avoid having to pay for a new panel is to use a trunk mount bike carrier. For a 2-bike carrier # HRF2 and for a 3-bike carrier use # HRF2-3. Make sure the carrier and the vehicle are clean where they come into contact with each other to avoid scratches. Also a coat of wax in those areas will also help. If you will be carrying any bikes that do not have a top frame bar that goes straight across (like a typical men's bike would) then I recommend using bike adapter bar # 64005. This will allow you to carry those bikes more level and will provide better ground clearance. I have to use these adapters and without them my wife's bike would be at a severe angle and I would not be able to load my son's bike at all. I have linked a video showing how the adapter works.
