Platform Style Bike Carrier for 2 or 4 Bikes
Question:
Can two of these racks be used on the same vehichle to allow 4 bikes to be carried? Meaning the second rack connects to the first rack that is in the receiver hitch of the vehicle?

No, the Swagman XC bike carrier # S64663 does not have that ability but there are other bike carriers that do. One of the more popular and economic options is the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE # HR1400Z. The portion nearest to the rear of the vehicle fits a 2 inch hitch. The second portion can either fit in the back of the first or in another 2 inch trailer hitch. I have included a link to a video review of this carrier for you.
