How to Find Correct Bearings for Older Camper Trailer
Question:
Based on the information above, can you identify the bearings, race and seal required? I live in Texas and am about to drive to Michigan to retrieve the Maple Leaf travel trailer that has been sitting for about 10 years. It would be much easier if I had the bearings, races and seals with me, rather than having to find them locally. All help appreciated.

I really wish that there was a database that listed all of the bearing information for all the trailers that were made, but nothing like that exists. The only way we can determine what the correct bearings are would be to remove the current ones to get the numbers that are stamped on them or to measure the spindle where the bearings ride to ID the spindle.
I attached a pic that shows where to measure.
