Does Ultra-Fab Electric A-Frame Jack # UF38-944017 Have Enough Capacity for Use with WD System
Question:
My concern is will this jack be able to handle the extra load placed on it when installing the weight distribution system. I have a 2014 Silverado and have to jack a good bit of the suspension up in order to attach the bar chains. Your thoughts?

When it comes to jacks (and winches for that matter) we like to say that you can't have too much overkill. Higher capacity than what you actually need tends to improve the working lifespan of such products because they won't have to work nearly as hard. Its always a good idea to select a higher-capacity device and run it conservatively, well within its "comfort zone".
The Ultra-Fab Electric A-Frame Jack # UF38-944017 will be fine for most loads as it has a 3500 pound capacity.
