Where Would Hopkins 4- and 7-Way Trailer Connector Install on a 2010 Jeep Liberty
Question:
Has anyone installed one of these on a Jeep Liberty with a curtis round tube type hitch? Wondering where the best place to mount it is.

None of the reviews for 4- and 7-Way trailer connector # HM40975 mention installation on a 2010 Jeep Liberty. But there isn't a specific place that it has to go. You could attach it to the bottom of the fascia but most people do not like to put holes in the vehicle body.
What you could do is use # HM40950 which requires the same round connector on the vehicle to plug into the back, like # HM40975 also does, and then use Curt Easy Mount bracket # C58003 which clamps around the receiver on the hitch. I have linked a video showing installation of a similar Easy Mount bracket for you.
