Curt Q20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Head is Froze and Will Not Move
Question:
I am unhooked and the head wont move at all

It sounds like the head might be seized where it pivots and moves. This can happen if the hitch is not lubricated according to the maintenance schedule in the manual/instructions. It can also occur if the hitch sustained any damage or was overloaded.
I recommend taking the head off and looking for any signs of excessive wear such as scarring of the metal, bent parts, things like that. Then clean off any dirt and grease and follow the greasing information in the instructions. After everything is put back together make sure the head moves and pivots as it should.
