Yes the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System, # TTORTUN4, will help the suspension on your 2010 Toyota Tundra with towing package when you are towing a fifth wheel. When the fifth wheel is hooked up the weight will compress the rubber springs and stifen the suspension to help level it. When driving with the fifth wheel it will help reduce sway because with the weight on the rubber springs and the suspension being compressed, the stacked barrel design provides resistance against sway.

When you are not pulling the fifth wheel the rubber springs do not touch, so it allows the factory suspension to work normally, no rough ride.

I am sending a link to the installation instructions.
