We only offer one option for a catalytic converter that has been confirmed to fit your 1999 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 with the V6 engine and that is part # MF23882. This is a stainless steel, direct-fit catalytic converter that conforms to EPA/federal standards only and is not legal in California.
We do not offer a universal option, ceramic or stainless steel, that has been confirmed to fit your Tacoma.
