None of the roof rack manufacturers we represent, including Thule, Yakima, Rhino-Rack, SportRack and others, offers an aftermarket roof rack for the 2012 Prius V. This has to do with the vehicle's roof structure which cannot support any significant weight.
If you are looking to transport bikes we do offer trunk-mount racks that will work on your Prius V. The link provided will let you see all such carriers. Simply select your vehicle style from the drop-down menu box, either glass roof or not, to see compatible trunk carriers.
For example, there are racks from Hollywood Racks, their 2-bike # HRF2, that will work with or without the glass roof so this 2-bike carrier or its 3-bike version # HRF2-3 are good options.
