Replacement Wiring Harness Options for a 2007 Honda Ridgeline
Question:
Will this part work with the OEM connectors, my current setup rusted out and this looks to be the best replacement. Thanks.

The Hopkins 7- and 4-pole connector # HM40975 trailer connector with mounting bracket you referenced is a potential replacement.
If your current 7-way socket has the round U.S. style connector plugged into the back of it, then you can use the this connector. See picture I included.
If you don't have the U.S. style connector plugged into the back of your 7-way, then you can still use this connector but you will need to splice in the 4 foot 7-pole pigtail # PK11998 into your existing tow package wiring.
I included a couple installation videos, video reviews and a informative article for you too.
