5th Wheel Wiring Harness for 2000 Ford F-150 Extended Cab

will a curt 56000 work on this truck? it has a 7 way at the bumper with an 4way adopter plug in it, for boat trailer need a plug in bed for gooseneck trailer

Yes, you can add a second 7-way in your truck bed for 5th wheel towing while keeping your existing bumper-mount 7-way active. Curt harness # C56000 plugs in inline with the existing wiring leading to your 7-way. It allows that socket to remain active while adding the second 7-way in the truck bed for towing your 5th wheel trailer.
