We offer several types of bike carrier solutions for use in your 2005 Toyota Tundra Double Cab.
These include fork-mount, frame-mount, wheel-mount and the tailgate pad type. All can be seen on the link provided.
Since you need at least one for a 15mm through axle you can click on that feature in the filters to see compatible carriers. Topline offers a 4-bike truck bed carrier, part # UG2500-4, that mounts to your truck without any drilling and which holds 4 bikes either at the frame or seat post. This is a very cost-effective option for 4 bikes.
Another option is an individual bolt-on carrier like the Kuat Dirtbag Bike Rack # DRT15 or the RockyMounts DriveShaft SD Truck Bed Rail Bike Carrier # RKY1085 that you referenced.
The linked article will give you guidance for matching a carrier to your 4 bikes and to your preferences. It includes links to specific product categories to help you select the best option.
