Does Exhaust Get Lowered to Install a Hitch on a 2015 Honda Fit
Question:
I noticed on the Curtis Hitch that is says to remove Rubber Isolaters for Muffler. Will those be reinstalled when you install the trailer hitch. Its not clear in the directions. Im hesitant to bend or remove items that come with the car when installing. The other 2 hitches require bending some bolts. Thanks,

Yes, when you install the Curt Hitch part # C11406 you will reinstall the rubber exhaust hangers after the hitch has been installed. The exhaust has to be lowered to give you clearance for the hitch to install, but once the hitch has been installed the exhaust will get raised back up into position and hung with the rubber isolators.
The most popular bike rack we carry that has been confirmed to fit this vehicle is the Swagman XTC2 Bike Rack part # S64670. This rack has a ton of positive reviews from our customers who have tried it. Check out the review video I attached for more info.
