Would the Roadmaster Falcon Tow Bar part # RM-522 Clear a Hitch Mounted Spare

All terrain bar seem to stick out from back of MH is this to allow room for a bumper mounted spare tire?

The length of the shank on the Roadmaster Falcon Tow Bar part # RM-522 that you referenced is designed so that it would extend past a square bumper like what is commonly found at the rear of an RV.
Since a bumper mounted spare is designed to mount basically right above the rear bumper of an RV this tow bar shouldn't interfere with the rear mounted spare at all. I attached a review video for this tow bar for you to check out as well.
