Fifth Wheel Hitch and Rail Kit Recommendation for a 2012 Dodge Ram 2500
Question:
I am thinking of purchasing the Curt Fifth Wheel C16130 hitch for my 2012 dodge 2500 with a short bed 63. I have a Big Horn 5th wheel which allows me to make a 90 degree turn without a slider. Which rail set should I purchase?

If you are absolutely sure that your fifth wheel trailer was designed so that it can make 90 degree turns without the use of a slider then the Curt Hitch part # C16130 that you referenced would work well for you.
For a install kit you will want to go with a custom install kit like the part # C16420-204 that will minimize drilling and will cut install time in half. I attached an install video for you to check out as well.
