Can I use my B&W companion 18,000 hitch head with the B&W slider ?

Yes, you can use your hitch head on the B&W Companion 5th wheel trailer hitch like # BWRVK3500-5W with your B&W Companion with slider # BWRVK3400-5W.
Since the head installs on top of the pivots arms, you can easily remove it by pulling up on the two handles. Thus allowing you to change your hitch head.
