Locating Ground Wire in Tow Package Wiring Harness of 2009 Lexus RX350
Question:
I hacw a 2009 Lexus rx250. My questiomn is in this particular model, the factory installed outlet has only 3 wires, the white wire is missing.. How do I tap a white ground wire?

You can simply ground that white wire to clean metal on the vehicle frame. This will complete the ground circuit, as the negative battery terminal is grounded to the frame or chassis. It's possible the white wire is located further up in the wiring harness so you can remove some of the wire loom and locate it, but grounding the white wire to the vehicle should work just fine for you.
