I went to our warehouse to pull get the Pack 'Em shovel rack # PK-23 to provide you some measurements.

The outside diameter of the pre-cut holes is 2-3/8 inches and the internal diameter is 0.80 inches and can stretch to about 1.33 inches. The distance eye to eye is 4.36 inches or 4-3/8 inches.

The height is 3-3/4 inches and the width is 2-3/8 inches. The length from either end to the center mounting hole is 13-1/8 inches. The overall length is 26-1/4 inches.

If you need the tower kit it is part # PK-BM and will have 2 pre-drilled towers to provide attachment points for the Pack 'Em shovel rack # PK-23.
