What is the True Tongue Weight Capacity of Swagman Towing Bike Rack S64675

The listed specs for this product show the tongue weight as 350 lbs. Does this number already account for the listed weight of this rack? That is, trailer tongue weight+bicycle weight 350 lbs, or do you also have to count the weight of the drawbar and rack in the weight trailer TW+bikes+50lbs for the rack 350 lbs?

I spoke with my contact at Swagman and she told me that you would have to subtract the weight of the rack and bikes to get the most accurate tongue weight capacity of the Swagman Original, # S64675.

So without bikes on the rack, your tongue weight with the rack installed would be 350 pounds. It has a gross trailer weight capacity of 3,500 pounds.
