We do carry the Thule One-Key lock Cylinders, part # TH450400 you said you need. This includes 4 lock cores and 2 keys that will work for all 4 cores.
If 4 lock cores are not needed, we have the One-Key cylinders with smaller quantities like part # TH450200. This has 2 lock cores and has 2 keys included.
