Troubleshooting Tekonsha Voyager Brake Controller part # 39510 with No Brake Output
Question:
1990 chevy pickup tenkosha voyager contoler have no power at blue wire,with brake pedal or with manaul control, all other check okay,bad controler or does the truck have to be in motion?

The manual override lever of the Tekonsha Voyager Brake Controller part # 39510 that you have should still put voltage on the blue output wire. If the controller is wired and installed correctly to your vehicle and it's still not working then the controller is most likely in need of replacing.
For a replacement I would recommend the Prodigy P2 Brake Controller part # 90885. This is our best selling brake controller because of how well it works and how easy it is to setup.
