The Bestop cover # B6103137 you referenced will fit tire sizes between 255/75R to 275/75R and wheel dimensions of 31 x 11 inches. If your tire states 32/11 the cover may be too small.

I recommend the Rampage spare tire cover # RA773215 because it's 19 ounces and UV-resistant. It will fit tire diameters of 30 - 32 inches.
