Where Do I Connect Red Wire When Installing Brake Controller on 1995 GMC 4x4 Pickup

I am looking for wiring diagram as to where I connect red wire to brake light circuit on the vehicle

When installing a brake controller in your 1995 GMC Pickup, the red wire will connect to the brake light circuit which can be located at the stop light switch at the top of the brake pedal. Since there is typically more than one wire at the switch, you will need to use a circuit tester like part # PTW2993, to determine which wire has power when the brake pedal is depressed. GM typically used a light blue or white wire for this circuit. Once you have located this wire, you will then tap into it in order to connect the red wire from your brake controller. I have attached a basic wiring diagram for you.
