If your Sprinter is a 2007-2015, 3500 model, the # RM-1209-131 you referred to is an auxiliary sway bar that would be used along with your existing sway bar. If you have a different model year Sprinter, please let me know.

I spoke with my contact at Timbren and the overall height (with spacers) for the part #TMBRSP35B that you referenced is 6-3/8 inch, the height of the #TMBRSP35A is 5-7/8 inch, and the #TMBRSP25A is 5-3/8 inch.
