Gooseneck Hitch Fit on 2007 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 Classic vs. New Body Style
Question:
What is the difference between a classic and new body in a 2007 3/4t Silverado Chevy. Is the BW gooseneck hitch the same

Expert Reply:
The main difference between the Classic and New body styles in the 2007 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 is the presence of a large Chevy "bowtie" logo on the tailgate on the New Body version. Please see the linked photo showing both.
This does not affect the fit of the B&W Gooseneck Hitch # BWGNRK1067. This hitch fits both body styles and also both 6-1/2-foot and 8-foot bed lengths. I have linked at right a video showing installation in a 2007 Silverado New Body truck.
