Availability of Gooseneck/Fifth Wheel Wiring T-Harness for 2002 Ford F350
Question:
I have a factory 7-pole at the rear bumper and a ford 7-way in the bed, I need just a T to connect everything????

You have the 7-way at the back bumper, as well as one installed in the bed, but you don't have the wiring connecting the two, is that correct?
We don't offer the wiring harness only, you'll need to use the # 40167 you referred to. You can simply use the wiring harness, one end will T into the vehicle wiring behind the connector on the rear bumper as shown in the video I've linked you to, and the other would plug into the existing connector in the bed. You can either replace the existing connector in the bed with the one that's included with the # 40167, or simply keep it as a spare. The bed of a pick up is a pretty rough environment, I can almost guarantee you that having a spare connector will come in handy at some point.
