Question:
I recently installed a diode kit on my 2011 Chevy HHRand when I use your turn signals I get both right side and left side lights blinking at the same time even though I only have the right turn signal left turn signal on I think we have to pull a fuse but I do not know which one to pull out the tow car

It sounds like you have your 2011 Chevrolet HHR wired incorrectly. I have attached a helpful article that explains how to install diode wiring for flat-towing with a combined tail light wiring system.
Removing a fuse should not cause the issue you are having with both lights blinking at the same time, nor will it fix the issue. According to the owner's manual, the fuse that needs to be pulled when towing is in the floor console fuse block and is the no. 8 or Ignition Switch Pass-Key fuse. I recommend using a fuse bypass like part # RM76510. This eliminates the need to physically pull the fuse every time you tow your HHR. You can simply flip the switch to 'DRIVE' for normal driving and flip it to 'TOW when you are planning on towing the vehicle.
You may have wired the system for the turn signals into the tail light circuit. The best way to make sure you are installing the right wires is to use a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 and test the wires by function.
